The company, with the initial name “GREGORY SARANTIS - PERFUMES, COSMETICS, AND ESSENTIAL OILS DEALERSHIP & IMPORTS SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME,” was established in 1964 (GGI 346/22.5.1964) and is subject to the laws that pertain to sociétés anonymes. It is registered in the Sociétés Anonymes Register under no. 13083/06/B/86/27. Its duration has been set to 75 years from its establishment that is until year 2040.
The Company seat is located in the Amarousio Municipality, Attica at Amarousio-Chalandri 26, 151 25.
The aim of the company according to article 3 of its articles of association is the production and commercial distribution of:
- cosmetics, perfumes, and essential oils
- clothing
- leather goods
- children’s wear
- polishing products, personal or household
- cleaning products
- aluminum foil, disposable household utensils, plastic film for food preservation and other materials
- bandaging materials general pharmacy items
- cotton and cotton products as well as related items and goods
- pets food and pets products
- pets clean and care products as well as related items and goods
- pet’s trade
- retail trade of cosmetics, perfumes as well as related items and goods
In order to achieve its aims the Company may:

The Company activates in the sectors of Pesticides and Agrichemical products, the Production of Soaps and Detergents as well as Cleaning and Polishing products, the production of Perfumes and the production of other Plastics, Wholesale of other Foods, Wholesale of Perfumes and Cosmetics, Wholesale of Pharmaceuticals, and Wholesale trade of other Household goods, under codes 242.0, 245.1, 245.2, 251.9, 252.9, 513.8, 514.5, 514.6, 514.9 according to the National Statistical Service (NACE -91).
The company is listed on the ASE Main Market since 1994.
