  Graduated KONTOLEFAS Private School. He holds a Ministry of Education certificate. Mr Ayiostratitis started his career in 1976 from Mak Data Proccesing, continuing in Abbot Laboratories Hellas as Μ.Ι.S. Manager till 1985, while offers his services as a consultant in Elinda S.A. and ABC Professional Services. The same year he is employed in Νational Pharmaceutical Industry S.A. from where continues in Corman Hellas. In 1987 is occupied in CIS Software as Information Systems Director. In 1993 till today is employed in GR. SARANTIS S.A. as Information Systems Director.

  STAVROS GEORGAKOPOULOS

  Stavros has a bachelor’s degree from the Physics Department of Athens University and a postgraduate degree from the same university with a specialization in Experimental Nuclear Physics. He has worked for COSMOTE Telecommunications SA as Compensation Systems, HR Budgeting & Reporting Manager as well as Reward Systems & Organizational Effectiveness Manager, in EFG Eurobank as Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist and in Hay Group as Reward Information Systems Consultant. He works for the Company since October 2009 having assumed the position of Human Resources Director Hellas.

  EVANGELOU NICK
  He holds a bachelor degree in Marketing Management from Deree College as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Louisville in Kentucky.  During 1992-1993 he was occupied as a Sales Manager in Vaber S.A. and from 1994 till 2004 has been employed in various management positions, for the  Coca-Cola HBC S.A., such as National Key Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager Southeast Europe, General Manager-Northern Greece, Country Commercial Manager. At current he is the International Division Director of Sarantis Group, responsible for 6 International affiliates and Export operations of the Group. Additionally, Mr. Evangelou is appointed as Deputy General Manager of the Group and Group Business Development Director as well as he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

  KIPRIOTIS VAGGELIS

  Mr. Vaggelis Kipriotis holds a BA degree in Marketing from Ulster University, as well as an MBA from the University of Kingston. Mr Kipriotis has a 16 years professional experience in sales. From 1994 till 1998 he worked as Head of Sales in BINGO S.A. company, and from 1998 till 2000 worked in «Delta S.A.» as Manager of Thessaloniki Network. From October 2000 he worked in our company as Sales Manager of the North Greece region, achieving the best sales figures in the company, resulting to his promotion from January 2003 to Mass Market Sales Manager. Mr Kipriotis, all these years, managed to strengthen the outlook of our company to our largest clients and partners by drawing a new strategy and achieving at the same time all the growth and profitability targets. In addition, he managed to create a well organised group of people having the necessary team spirit and sharing common goals and expectations.

  LEKKAS MANOLIS
  Graduate from Athens University of Economics, he holds an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Lekkas has been holding various senior management positions for the companies of WELLA in Germany and Britain. He has worked as Managing Director for Wella Greece and C.E.O. for Sebastian Intl. in USA.  From 2003 he has been working in SARANTIS Group as the Director of Luxury Cosmetics Division and Health & Care Division.

  ROZAKEAS CONSTANTINE

  Graduate of the Economics University of Athens, he has worked as an Chief Accountant in BIOLIGNIT S.A., as well as Chartered Accountant in SOL and in Arthur Andersen for 12 years. Since 1995 he is the Deputy Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer & Group Supply Chain Director of Gr. Sarantis S.A.

  STAMATIOU CONSTANTINE
  Graduate (cumlaude) of Athens Law School, he holds a postgraduate degree in law (L.L.M.) from the University College of London (UCL). He serves as legal consultant of many Greek and foreign companies. In-house counsel of Gr. Sarantis SA since 1997, he currently holds the position of the Director of Legal Services in Gr. Sarantis.
